This starts with a commitment to build a minimum 7 star energy efficient homes and includes Green Star training for our building design team, constant professional development for our business team, and on-site training for our construction teams.
Our team
Samuel Aschhoff
A registered builder, Samuel has built Sam I Am Building since 2011. Since working with Jas Zheng at JBC and building some beautiful homes together, his focus has always been on a quality product. Away from Work, Samuel is a Lifesaver with the Lorne Surf Lifesaving Club where he has performed various roles including most recently, Club Captain.
Heath Armstrong
Heath is currently completing his Dip. Building and Construction through the HIA and is well on his way to become a registered builder. Heath also volunteers as a Lifesaver with the Lorne Surf Lifesaving Club and as a Drone pilot for Lifesaving Victoria.
Jas Zheng
A registered builder of many years with JBC Building, Jas has worked with Samuel on many projects and now continues to work with us in business development.

If you have practical sense and a good attitude, we’d love to hear from you. Generally speaking, we look for experienced carpenters, cabinet makers, and skilled labourers. We also take on apprentices when we can.
